Archangel Azreal is a less well known Archangel which is interesting as he is known as the Angel of Death and since death has such negative connotations in our culture this may be a reflection of our relationship with loss, grief and endings which are all part of the cycle of life, death and rebirth.
Azreal’s card came up in a reading on the weekend and he rules over all transitions and changes.. He comforts those who grieve, he helps those who are dying, he can put us in touch with loved ones who are passed and has a huge energy of compassion to enfold us when we may be hurting or aching from loss or grieving a loved one.
