I agree. What I find so toxic is the denial of the reality of the millions of people who are living in poverty through no fault of their own.

Yes its such a pernicious thing used to discount a person in need in so many ways .. totally breaks my heart seeing it done and experiencing it done to self, family and others. Thank you for your comment.
