
I recognise that stress is only fear and I now release all fear.
I let go of all fear and doubt and life becomes simpler and easier for me.
I create a stress free life for myself.
I am safe when I express my feelings
I slowly breathe in and out and I find myself relaxing more and more with every breath.

Great post. People underestimate the power of our words. I think another great affirmation would be that all things are hallening for me, and not to me. Things that we deem stressful don’t have to be if we just change how we think about them
