Align your heart

With the presence of love

Living at the centre of the Universe

Know that joy is your birthright

And that abundance lives deep at the core

Of your very being

Be positive and trust

In the power of your soul

To bring wholeness

Do not allow fear to blind or confuse you

Because angels wait on you

And every step taken will strengthen you

Just as long as you believe

That you are born from love not fear

That your soul remains centred in joy

Not despair

That freedom is your birthright

That this benevolen Universe

Has your back

Ursula Goodenough How to describe oneself? People are a mystery and there is so much more to us than just our particular experiences or occupations. I could write down a list of attributes and they still might not paint a complete picture pf Deborah Louise and in any case it would not be the full truth of me. I would say that my purpose here on Wordpress is to express some of my random experiences, thoughts and feelings, to share about my particular journey and explore some subjects dear to my heart, such as emotional recovery, healing and astrology while posting up some of the prose/poems which are an outgrowth of my labours with life, love and relationships. If anything I write touches you I would be so pleased to hear for the purpose of reaching out and expressung ourselves is hopefully to connect with each other and find where our souls meet.

    1. I finally got out of hospital last Friday Lorraine. I have problems with my email or I would email you. I miss you too. I can’t log into WordPress on my computer only on my phone. Sending you much love and a big healing g hug Sweetie 💙❤️😏❤️

      2. I really am and I am sorry I did not get to email you. I was given Electro Convulsive therapy after that and I am managing well. I came home after 10 weeks in hospital on Friday last. I hope you are doing well too.. How are your studies going? I value you so much and I will endeavour to email you over the weekend. Much love ❤

      3. I submitted my final project, and completed my class a week or so ago. I’m proud of myself for exploring my different options, and the hardwork the class took. I am enjoying having reading time again now that the class is done though.
