Fear

Today you burned through me

Like a fire

Showing up in a dream

I was not aware

This is the place I live

Waking with it each day

How can I manifest what is

Not a bad dream?

Lately it seems to have me captured

Breaking over me like waves

Rising all around me

Threatening me with a dark outcome

That is nothing but

My own fear based projection

Fear you sadly hold me captive

And only lately do I really see

The full extent of just how much

Things are breaking all around me lately

As old imprints remind me

Of just how powerful the hold

Of the fear I lived inside

Was
