a heart opening

In reaction to hurt the bud of our blossoming ability to love in some way is damaged, we feel the damage deep inside of us as an invisible wound, a wound that throughout our life will be trying in any way, to get our attention. Sadly at times due to the hurt we carry, life and people come to feel unsafe and as a means of coping we often blame ourselves or others for the wound, but that is not the best way of negotiating and living in such a way that we can begin to learn exactly how to love and care and nurture both self and others, because of the wound and not despite it existing.

These are realizations coming to me after listening to a channeled teaching by energy intuitive Lee Harris this afternoon on heart consciousness expansion in which his guides spoke of the current battle taking place on earth between forces of love and light and heart and forces of darkness, heartlessness and negation. The words of the Z’s really resonated with me when they used this term : the heartless hierarchy. During the talk some of the most powerful words said were these :

Your greatest sadness is when the heart is unacknowledged by another human being or in a global action.. You feel it deeply (if awakened) as a missing of an essential human need and this causes widespread grief.

This grief is something I so often read about being shared on the empath and ascension group pages on Facebook.

According to the Z’s, Lee’s guides, the breaking open of our hearts to grief is actually the pathway opening up collectively since around they year 2001 but most especially since 2012. In fact in the talk they speak of the death of Princess Diana being a major catalyst to assist in this heart opening and this interests me as the monarchy is ruled by the Saturnian sign Capricorn, while Princess Di had strong Cancerian energy with is ruled by the Moon and also Neptune esoterically. Neptune relates to both longing and compassion, and these often get shut down in toxic narcissism when a heart hardening and armoring comes to be used to deflect both pain and vulnerability.

It is always a source of sadness to me to see both Meghan and Harry being lambasted in the media and on news feeds and accused of being trouble makers due to their attempts to be vocal about how hurt they felt by the heartlessness of the monarchy. This seems to set them up with some people to be targets of ire as well as scapegoats accused of things like whinging and ingratitude, this to me seems heartless and a negation of their own past experiences and feeling.. Sometimes in order to grow and evolve in dysfunctional emotionally shut down families we have to take distance from difficulties, just as a way of grounding into a new reality. And the process of wounding and healing is a dynamici involved one and the heartlessness to my mind results when people attack, accuse or blame out of their own wounds and loveless projections. I see a lot of that at present on news feed comments.

As I mentioned before, the talk by Lee reminded me a lot of the Cancer Capricorn polarity. Diana was a Sun sign Cancer and the Monarchy is ruled by Capricorn.. it is a strongly Saturnian institution founded on traditions, repressions, duty, hard work and commitment. But what about the need for the polarity energy of the feminine, of nurture, of expression, of surrender, of emotions and of mothering? It is not always admirable to have to press on and do one’s duty if that means one has to shut down all feeling and self care.

The Z’s spoke a lot about how our heartbreak is actually the doorway into change for so many of us. Some of us incarnated on earth right now actually chose as souls to go through this in order to become wayshowers for the change. So it is not a source of shame that we struggle, feel sad or grieve, or feel at times deeply lost, confused or disoriented, in fact it may actually be a sign that we are waking up to a new reality.

Marion Woodman and Robert Bly in their book The Maiden King share a Russian fairytale about a man called Ivan who has to go in search of his buried feminine.. In the fairytale Ivan has a pin stuck in his neck by a tutor and both Marion and Robert unpack what this pinning represents for us and may happen especially through mainstream education. it is about separating head from heart and about the cost of isolating our value purely in logos.. As the Z’s say the heartless hierarchy that is currently in existence upon planet earth is often solely ruled by a mentality that values mind over feelings and often totally ignores the damage done by some of its edicts and rules to people emotionally. According to the Zs those who choose to close down their hearts during the next two decades will, in time, have to learn the lesson of seeing more with the eyes of love, even if it takes death for that awakening to happen.

At the moment many humans are rising up against heartlessness being expressed on earth, rising up against human’s inhumanity to other humans, to children, nature and animals. Taking a stand against what seems inhumane is necessary, it may not have to be an outer fight but it is important that rather than feeling a victim of the world or other’s heartlessness, that instead we own that our true power of seeing and knowing at a deeper level lies in our heart and that for those of us awakening and experiencing pain that is not an aberration or sign of something being ‘wrong’ rather it bears testament to the fact that our heart is seeing, feeling and tracking everything at this time on earth.

Amnesia about the heart in society is rife at the moment on earth.. The Z’s remind us how much pets will open our hearts and o of how we experience a purity of heart around them. They also warn us to not go ‘black in our heart’ to others who hurt us or others, reminding us that often the most wounded and toxic of humans are here to play an essential role on earth, to act as illuminators of those actions we need most to safeguard against or not take for granted.

The heart has a fire energy to it which is an energy of fight.. To my mind when we are true to our spirit we stay close to this and we know how to use that fire (and I just had the thought that in astrology Mars should serve the Sun and that the heart in astrology is related to both the Sun and Leo, while Mars relates to both fight and fire.) When we feel centered in our true inner divine power (Sun) we have a light shining and this light sees the damage and wishes to fight in some way against it. But as we fight we have to beware we do not become a demon in the way the thing we are fighting against can be.

I deeply relate to this idea of heart opening and heart breaking open shared in Lee’s talk.. I am just about to listen to the final part of the talk on Oneness. The opening of our own heart may mean we become more open to the hearts of others, the love for ourselves and acceptance we slowly and painfully learn to show our selves on the path of healing can then be used and turned around to help others who also struggle and in so doing enable us all to build bridges of authentic connection and love, which rests on loving and unconditional/radical acceptance of the true origin of those deep wounds that result in heartlessness and emotional shutdown.

Emergence is inherent in everything that is alive, allowing our yearning for supernatural miracles to be subsumed by our joy in the countless miracles that surround us." 1. So much wisdom and truth here Deb. This really resonated: “Taking a stand against what seems inhumane is necessary, it may not have to be an outer fight but it is important that rather than feeling a victim of the world or other’s heartlessness, that instead we own that our true power of seeing and knowing at a deeper level lies in our heart and that for those of us awakening and experiencing pain that is not an aberration or sign of something being ‘wrong’ rather it bears testament to the fact that our heart is seeing, feeling and tracking everything at this time on earth.” Boom! The talk sounds really interesting. Where can we listen?
    Hope you’re well ❤️
