The teaming energy of life lives freely

Out amidst the natural spaces

Fresh air fills my lungs with love

Warm sunlight shines

Benevolently

Giving its medicine for free

A soothing balm to my soul

Humans bring me trouble

Everyone with their own agenda

At times seeing me as their project

Or salvation

There were so many things I never knew

Before making the mistakes

That took me to wisdom

Sometimes the only way I know how I feel

Is to listen to my body

But sometimes I forget

And then my body screams

Lately I am being taught

That all is energy

And there are no formulas that we can use

To find our way to truth

It is, all

An ongoing process of trial and error

Fraught with peril

Limited by the particular parameters

Of our evolving consciousness

For far too long I looked to you for solutions

When really the answers always lay

Within
