I love mixing up my eating and making a variety of salads for lunch with a focus on veges such as steamed broccolini, roasted carrots or sweet potato, avocado and green leafy foods as well as some form of protein or pulse.. I love them. But I have to be careful with my ibs. But I can’t take peas or beans, but I can with these, just bit to be careful.

I did a nice salad yesterday with roasted carrots, chickpeas baby spinach beetroot and humus and avocado it was yummy.
