inside the dark : purification

inside the dark is a spark

you will feel it as love

over comes fear

as voices of doom drown out

and you choose the path of light

do not let them tell you

tears and anger

are not part of this path

for there are generations that were never allowed

to know how they felt

and so all of that feeling

gathered into a pool

and then became

the mixed up churning soup

we the later generations

swam deep inside

if suicide and anxiety and depression

on on the rise

why is it?

do not look to a medical formula

that reduces you to a narrow margin

for you are a soul

on a fiery and watery journey

dig deep

to find

and embrace

your own truth

anchor into your body

know that it is not

just an empty shell

but full of vibrations

and work to ensure

those vibrations

lead to intelligence

connection

face and transform

your ancestral fear

consent to the fiery process

of spiritual purification
