Silence is not always

Quiet

But moreso a sense

Of warm vibrating inner peace

A calm easy state of being

And breathing

Free of longing desire and wanting

Quiet is an embracing of the soul

In such a way its open field

Of loving and holding surrounds us

Connecting us deeply to source

Allowing us the releasing of

All troubles

All worries

All burdens

Restoring us to the invisible wellspring

Of our fully nourished

Spiritual lives
