Fractured or broken

Deep within the earth of yourself

Home and whole

The earth of yourself is your reality

And even if the ground the seed of yourself was planted in

Lacked nurture

Seek now for the loving sustenance

Let yourself feel what is you buried

And when you feel the spark within

Let it tell you what is most real

Do not cut off your longing

For there at its heart

Lies your Soul

Embrace the earth of yourself

Find your true and sacred ground

For even if you carry wounding

Deep inside your truest Self

You are not broken
