Today is not
Yesterday
Today is a new start
A brand new chance
To begin again
Reverence this day
Let yourself find meaning and comfort
Even in these
The most simple of rituals
The morning washing up
A cup of tea
Time touching base with nature
There is a whole world out there
It wants to embrace you
As you open yourself to it
There is a light that comes
When you find the magic in this moment
And hold close to the serenity
Of accepting life
Night passes
Then it comes again
But so does
Tomorrow
A today
Unlike
Yesterday
Emerging From The Dark Night

I am only really starting to understand this.. Is it a human thing to always project the past or just a legacy of hurt or trauma? I am not sure but surely we need to believe in change and goodness being possible. Thanks so much for appreciating this… Much love ā¤
