Lately the sun rises on a kinder day
After a night of rest
When I have given up the quest
To be my best
And settled for the gift
Instead
Of letting be
And setting free
All the mixed up parts of me
Lately there is calm and peace
As I do not seek so desperately
For relief
From all of the demons that hid
Inside the fears and feelings
I had to face
To set my wounded spirit free
For you see
It was only judging that made me ill
That turned this life into such a bitter pill
I found it difficult to swallow
And now that at last
The sun is rising
On a more hopeful tomorrow
Where I sense all of the struggle easing
I have a sense of joy arising
As I open my body, heart and soul
Fully
To
The gift of life
You long to give to me
Love cannot enter a judgemental heart. When we recognise our spiritual truth, we are another step closer to connecting to the Oneness. Focusing on and opening to another’s perspective can set us free to love.

I’m here listening to my peaceful chimes playing on the breeze, and with your inspiring poem, I’ve just written this Haiku for you…. and I might even post it later….. xxx
“Peace Chimes
I hear my peace chimes
Ringing on the morning breeze
Nature’s harmony”
