Shame

Did they try to say

You are to blame

For feeling pain

Did they spin you the line

It is something your soul chose

To rise above

Did they forget what an agony it is

For the young soul

To live truly without care

True concern and affection

Or real love?

Did they turn and walk away

When you got angry or cried?

Did they tell you if you wanted to stay in touch

You had better lie

Or else you would end up all alone?

Did the need in you to be connected

Make you give way

While inside your body burned?

If so my friend

I know how it feels

But I also know

What you felt was real

And you are not the one that is to blame

And its is most definitely not your role

To drown in shame

No matter what

The nay sayers

Say

I could write down a list of attributes and they still might not paint a complete picture pf Deborah Louise and in any case it would not be the full truth of me. I would say that my purpose here on Wordpress is to express some of my random experiences, thoughts and feelings, to share about my particular journey and explore some subjects dear to my heart, such as emotional recovery, healing and astrology while posting up some of the prose/poems which are an outgrowth of my labours with life, love and relationships. If anything I write touches you I would be so pleased to hear for the purpose of reaching out and expressung ourselves is hopefully to connect with each other and find where our souls meet.

  1. In this insensitive world we live in is it no wonder the sensitives are miss understood and made to feel you are out of place. You learn eventually to deal with the confusion, the fake users who are just doing what is expected of them. Take care friend life has been hard in different ways for us.

      2. I am trying to get a handle on evil. I just think its a bit of projection of guilt… but maybe there is real evil. I see evil as the world live turned backwards. Evil people don’t let others live as they truly are….or something like that. and they worship false Gods.
