Thank you : My Prayer

Thank you God

For this precious gift of life

Let me not squander a moment

In hatred or fear

Let my heart be full of love and light

Even as i gaze upon darkness

Allow me to see the beauty dwelling in pain

And in all situations

Make me an open channel

Of transformation and peace
