Where the arrow goes in
Remember to be tender
Take the arrow out if you can
Or as the Buddhists say
If you see an arrow headed your way
Use your intention to turn it into a flower
Watch as it transforms
With the clear light of your attention
And falls to the ground at your feet
Think carefully
About what may have made someone
Want to take out their bow and arrow
In the first place
Who knows if the arrow wasn’t meant
To wake you up
To something
Beautiful
Watch your anger long enough and it turns into love π

Excatly, Ashok. Once we recognise the cry of our soul hidden in anger and drop it we find life is full of as much love as we long for. β€
