Let your heart be free
From the ties that bound it before
Let you spirit glide
In places where it can soar
With a vision of the land of promise
That stretches before you
Let your body dance
To the rhythms
You adore
For when your heart
Implores you to move
You must
We were not made to be bound
Yoked to the wheel of restriction
Our spirits were made to breathe
With hearts that are free
With a spirit that soars
Finding any way it can
To rise above it all
And you are, still the only one, who can, set yourself, free…

This is stunning. We all need to find the strength to fly on our own as itβs unlikely anyone will teach us how to do it.

That’s so true and sometimes its only after we face all of the difficulties that we realise we can find the power inside.
