Here I am dreaming amidst the celestial blue

Thoughts of you become the eye of fire

My soul is consumed inside

And now that that idea of us

Has proven to be a lie

Can I just allow the desire I felt

To rest

For it issued from the deepest part of me

A part so trapped

And so bereft

Full of such desperate longing to be free

Revelling in the touch

Elusive as it was

Of wild electric ecstacy

And perhaps this lover I longed for

Lived inside of me all along

And you were only the harbinger

Of its awakening

And so in dreams

(which are all I have left)

I surrender to love

As I kiss your lips

Opening my skin to your finger tips

Feeling my very soul

Consumed within

An electric blaze of tenderness

Igniting the very spark

Of my deepest eternal spiritual self

Which cascades with memories of stars

That exploded in the very cells

That this soul image of you

Brought to life

Awakening me heart and soul

Within the ecstatic rapture

Of electric celestial
