When I look into your eyes

Which lead me deep into your soul

I feel a flood rising up

Of so much pain

That cannot speak its name

And is only felt at the deepest part

Of my own soul

When I see and feel the beauty that is within you

Original, pure and innocent

I know myself

Through your eyes

And then is that a vision comes

Of me hugging you with my inner child

And then the way home to so many secrets

Is revealed

As present time is peeled away

And I see and feel what lay beneath
