I notice you

I appreciate you

And I am thankful for what you do

Sometimes the antidote

To utter despair lies in this

When all seems dark

Then the little things become

Big things

And so if I wish to bathe my soul

In this peaceful ocean

Then my spirit must honour

And deeply recognise

What kind actions

Most give it life

And express the thankfulness

That helps me

To most appreciate

The hidden gift in life

Thats resides
