A simply stunning poem. Just had to share.
From trees that hide our souls in evening shade
We hear the voice of Nature speaking peace
No longer need we ever be afraid
For light and dark together bring increase
We seek the light forgetting that the dark
Is where seeds germinate and come to life
And we ourselves find gems when life is stark
The dank earth takes, absorbs our deathly grief
The Springtime teaches us that life will live
Though born in darkness deep in winterโs night
And trees now shorn in time their fruits will give
And colour sprout from winterโs deathly white
I yield to You and hear Your wisdom speak
Of Resurrection in a world so bleak
It is stunning. From a brilliant blogger.

I love this. Great writing. When spring comes, I always feel like it’s magic. Everything looked dead and in the blink of an eye, new life emerges. The seasons are a living metaphor of humanity, life and rebirth.
