Can you feel the newness in the air?
There are storms and extreme events
But I sense renewal is near
Can you feel it?
Something deep inside us all
Is quaking in the night
And maybe nothing is wrong
That we feel such fear and fright
Lately
For deep within the stratosphere
I feel rumblings of the new
As old systems of dysfunction crumble
And the world is birthed anew
From all this wreckage of pain
And if some of us are crying
So deep down in our bones
Isn’t there a reason?
Could our souls be being taken
Home again!
I know enough by now to trust life
I always feared
Passion was a sign of strife
Because of what I saw go down
So if now as new energy rises
I feel both fear and dread
As well as excitement
And dissolving of the leaden weight
That pinned me down
Can I trust that this is not madness
But passion for new life
Divinely inspired
By this celestial realignment
The birth of the new
Coming to pass
Out of the dissolving and decaying
Structures of the past
Another dark producing uplifting piece. And again really good.

This is a great post. I often realize that when there seems to be struggle, it’s actually the universe preparing us for renewal. Rebirth, an open door to something better.
