Love is survival

Thank you Rayne for sharing this video with me.   I would like to pass it on to other followers as well…… reward and punishment have big affects on the fragile developing self and we carry it on.  This is amazingly helpful to show how essential love and belonging are to the soul, how low self esteem affects us and what we can do and understand about validation from within.

I could write down a list of attributes and they still might not paint a complete picture pf Deborah Louise and in any case it would not be the full truth of me. I would say that my purpose here on Wordpress is to express some of my random experiences, thoughts and feelings, to share about my particular journey and explore some subjects dear to my heart, such as emotional recovery, healing and astrology while posting up some of the prose/poems which are an outgrowth of my labours with life, love and relationships. If anything I write touches you I would be so pleased to hear for the purpose of reaching out and expressung ourselves is hopefully to connect with each other and find where our souls meet.

  1. I’m glad you found the video helpful. I was back in the pscyh clinic for two weeks, until last week Friday, and once again, it really helped me being there. I thought about your sister and how I wish she could be in my clinic as well, instead of where she is. It’s a really great program they have, including daily group therapy sessions as well where they teach us all kinds of skills, such as those in DBT. They show us video’s like this, we go on weekly outings (hikes or walks on the beach), have yoga twice a week. I got to see my therapist 3 times a week, which was really helpful. And once again, I feel so much better and lighter, more positive and hopeful, after having spent those two weeks there. 🙂

  2. Thats so wonderful to hear Rayne. I wish i could go myself. I get so tired at times trying to hold all this. Im so pleased you are getting such great help..yes I told my sis about Teals video..i dont thinks she will watch it though..she cant seem to express any love..i just dont know if she loves me but maybe its the depression..💖❤💖
