Angel

Angel you were

Taking form in a human body

Looking around

And feeling

You had come to hell

Was it any wonder

If you had fallen so far from heaven

Consigned to sleepwalk with all the other sonambulists?

But now

When the dawn of this awakening

Rises in your heart

And you see and realise

So many things you could not fathom before

You finally understand

Why it was you felt so alien here

For your home is the stars from whence you came

And your task to remind too

The ones who have forgotten

Their real home

And their most important task

To awaken to the love and light within

In order to realise

Heaven on earth
