After the sunshine came rain
And such deep pain
I was not sure that
I could ever love again
And so I fell to my knees
In that place of oceans
Which rose like a flood
Allowing my body and soul
To come undone
So now when you
Offer me the sun
Shining
In bright blue skies
I remember that such radiant benevolence
Was for so long
Only a distant memory
Can my soul just trust
That not everything ends in dust
For at the moment
I feel my resolve quietly fading
Yet what is revealed in the skies
After day’s light passes by
Is never the less
A blanket of stars
Twinkling there
With a silnt promise to lost souls
On cloud free evenings
Reminding us
That such a radiant symphony
Offers the promise of a deeper love and light
Shining down
Upon us
From a heaven everlasting
“Allowing my body and soul to come undone”….I love this!

A story of love with all the wonder and fear it brings. Captured beautifully.
