She is an amazing therapist who also writes about the healing process in many of her books. Addiction to Perfection was the first one I read back in 1994 and then I read all the others as well as listening to her books and tapes, but over time you forget these sources and the meditations I share here come from the reader Coming Home to Myself. I think those few words say so much in such a succinct way.
