Its interesting how blogging works. You write a poem or post and then go in search of an image and then that images links you to some information related to what you just wrote. I just came across this diagram on the cycle of fear from a piece I linked to in my last post. The link isnt working but the diagram may be of interest to some followers. We often struggle a lot with fear when we have PTSD or Complex PTSD.
