This is a truely lovely post and I cannot believe it has no likes. I just had to share it.
This lesson is divided into three parts that revolve around nurturing what we want to grow and allowing ourselves to feel all our emotions without judgement. Self-care is vital to healing from depression. The actions for each lesson might seem intense and they can be. Finding our true self is not easy when we feel too depressed to do much of anything, but it helps us create a strong foundation to continue healing, and not revert to our old ways of living.

Wow! Thank you for sharing this. Seeing this notification just made my day. This post is part of a free e-course i created to help others heal from depression based on trauma. It’s based on work and research I used for my own healing.
My main goal in life is to have a career in healing arts. I’m older and a little late to the party so to speak, but have been wanting this for a while. Seeing my post shared and all the likes makes me feel like I am on the right track.
