In this silent deep space

Where I can feel intensely into this moment

Diving into the deep ocean

That rests beneath all of our lives

Here I am at home in the silence

With Jasper snoozing quietly and gently behind me

At peace in his radar animal body

When his owner is at peace

The journey took me so far down

But now I can resurface

And on the quiet silent mornings

Before busyness dawns

I know the depths of my ancestral home

How I am just one thread

Woven by fate

Into an enormous tapestry

That is as yet

Still far from complete
