Eclipse all reason

And yet is there not a part of us

That can also withstand

The burning through

Can open to contain

All of the searing pain

Kisses you soothed me

In the places where my soul and body longed

For sacredness and benediction

Hugs you brought me both enclosure and comfort

Opening me to the wisdom

That never at any time did I need to look

Outside of myself

For love

For this healing

For all along it was truly

A part of me
