Screaming with all kinds of hidden noise
From beneath the darkly mirrored surface
Now that these agonies have passed
And this ongoing encounter with the longing and pain in my heart
Is healing
I want you to know
I truly do
Offer us both love
For we all struggled with at times
As we do not always fund a skillful.way to be
Understanding, patient or kind
To hidden wounds or hurts that drive us ever deeper
Into disconnection
It is really
Only wisdom over time
That will free us
To let it go
To forgive
To open our hearts to healing
And to live ever more deeply grounded
Within the flowing and releasing peace
Of surrender.
