Sadly old trauma makes us close

It makes us contract in fear

Led to hurt

To break free of that trance

Smell the flowers

All is in flow

Be no longer the soul that is dammed

Be the river that flows

Know that the heart is your divine center

Your inner radiant Sun

And that it is made to shine
