Moonlight

The Moon shone its light

Like a kiss and a promise

Through my window

Reflecting the Sun

Reminding me of the presence of the soul

Ever watchful

Moonlight reminds me

Magic can happen

Is as close as nature

Moonlight fills my soul

With feelings of gratitude

For the gifts of night

Silence

And presence

Moonlight is the healing balm

That bathes me in its radiance

Reminding me that the love of God

And of the angels

Is ever present

Is never far away
