Allow me a place to breathe

Let me be free

Of this endless

Swirling cacophony

Allow my soul the sinking down

Onto the soft and fertile ground of peace

Allow me relief

From all of the fragmenting voices

Silence sometimes speaks

Sometimes the words and rhythm of poetry

Move my soul

Into an inner river of feeling

That only seeks to flow out of me

And when my being touches base

With that fundamental reality

I experience within me

Not only

Wholeness

And non duality

But also

Surrender

Connection

The healing balm

Of everlasting

Peace
