You tore my self to ribbons
There I was a shredded self
Strewn about wondering why
I felt so disassembled
The torn about pieces
Cried to each other
And asked of the deeper soul
Where exactly was it
And where did the inner weaver go
Higher Self
You exist beyond the narrow confines of
EGO
And so it is only you who can bring the healing
If a tearing happened with the cutting
Then this is perhaps all for the purposes of
Something greater?
Do not think your wounds are in vain
Do not become so scared of the pain
That your soul denies
And refuses to face it
Or even worse projects it
For pain is always
The passage way into a deeper change
And truly the all containing presence is
Larger than it
Deeper than it
More vast than it
Since your Higher Self always stands
Above and beyond the paralysing restrictions
Of shame
