Loosening the threads

Quietness opens my heart

To infinitude

There is no separation here

Between me and you

When I allow my thinking mind

To fall away

When I allow myself the power

To question negative thought lines

The knotted conundrum of confusion

Unravels

As the tight constriction inside my being

Falls away

With this process of letting go

The loosening threads

Unravel

Then my soul travels to a place

Of openesss

And oneness

As dissolving illusions reveal

The pain they cause

It may seem unreal to you

But here is where my soul

Feels most seen and known

And in that deep void

I find the power of life

Always

And endlessly spiralling

Bringing me with each

Curl and coil of the serpent’s tail

I ride

Closer and closer

To union

And ecstasy
