I came across my first book by Tian Dayton at the Nowra Library in around 2007, she has helped me to understand so much about attachment trauma and its connection to addiction and her many books explain how trauma gets laid down.. This interview deals with her own trauma past as the youngest child in an alcoholic, how psychodrama helped her to access the liminal brain and not just get stuck on the mental level. She also has much to teach us about how forgiveness comes out of the experiencing of our pain not through the denial of it.. Forgiveness is all down to acknowledgement. And about how our soul connect us to our inner being, that eternal part of us that can be a source of such connection to a larger network of life and light and love.
