Open your heart to this

The ocean wanting to rise

From deep inside your soul

Which comes with the teaching

We lacked the insight or power to stop

At the time

Welcome into your heart

The pain of that child

Who lacked containment

Even as love protects you from its pain

In others

Do not turn away from

What is challenging to face

Let the ocean clear the

Clouds

From your vision

Illusion’s mist

As the vapours rise

With the incoming tide

Keep opening your chest to breathe

As these waves of powerful

And at times agonising
