Both to myself and others

Allowing any feelings of hurt and pain to rise
And be understood and healed
By the compassion of my mind
The same love and compassion you show to everyone
But help me also to be fierce in the inner knowings
The spirit of your love and wisdom instills in me
And courageous in the reaching out
