I will take comfort in the wild
When you blindsude me
With your careless indifference
I will seek my relief peace and healing
Close to where the soft winds blow
As gentle waves lap the surface of green earth
I would rather any day
The soothing bliss
Of this God given wilderness
While all around in your blindness and greed
You tear up nature
Oh, how can it be
This human travesty
Why have you grown so deaf
To this
The true source that sustains us
The most hallowed and sacred ground of our
Human being
I had to do a double take when I saw myself,
I thought I had written something and forgotten about it…LOL
Keep taking comfort in the wild my friend, I’m glad this photo inspired you…

No worries, Deb, I’m glad it gave you inspiration. I can definitely say that it is a sacred place, it’s the farm where my son lived for a while.

It is a sustainable farm where a few families live and work together, living off the land. It has a very appropriate name, it’s called heartland.
If you want to read the story of my son.
