connection

whether or not we realise it

we are always connected

our cells interweave

with the cells of the Universe

and all sentient beings

and even when we close the door on connection

with our mind

or when the hurts in our heart

function to keep us

dismembered

close hearted

set so very far apart

there is still an interconnected

wave of love

reminding us it wants us to

dance

surrender the trance

of fear

open your heart

to embrace the flow

and move with life

Even if

the vibrations that brought

the cells of our ancestors together

were not always tender

never the less

life’s longing for itself

gives birth to us

and so it is we must find

some way to trust

the Universal flow

even as blown apart as we become

in loosing the heart connection

dive deep my darling

into your inner sea

try to feel the waves connecting you

to higher self

let go of feelings of being lost

and separate

and even when the way seems dark

trust the obliteration of the inner light

for the long dark night

surely will not last

forever

because somewhere

even when its hard to feel it

a sun is rising

even as it’s rays

remain submerged in darkness

beneath our feet

and evolution

never rests

never ceases

it’s longing

for manifestation

here amidst

the ever unfolding dance

of deepening soul connection
