On the other side

Peace is often found

On the other side of my mind

In the dropping down into

And letting go of

Everything I cannot control

Peace sometimes has to be a decision

Because left to our own devices

Anxiety tries to convince us

Of all the ways we are not free

To live

Expand

Allow

Recieve

Relax

And flow

Peace lies

In the forgetting of the Self

That always makes us the pivotal centre

Of the revolving Universe

And yes in peace

We experience a loving expansion of the Self

Resting upon

An entirely new foundation

A loose and loving and place

Where we surrender blame

Let go of shame

And

Explode into joy

Experiencing deep within our very soul

A natural state

Of pure connection

And bliss
