Softly
Your foot falls
On fallen leaves
As we tread
Beside the stream
Beholding nature in her shades
We speak in silence
Hearing each other’s echo of heartbeat
As day folds itself
Into night
With the passing of the light
We dissolve our little selves
Into the space its passing left
Becoming one with the darkness
Silently singing the day
Goodnight
Emerging From The Dark Night 
Slowly, we all, let, that darkness, take, us over, very beautifully written.
