A heart that did not know love
Carries this darkness
Here within the empty hollow place grown cold
bad feelings distrust and disappointment grows
seeds that form a garden of suffering
how to find a new planting scheme
one that allows seeds of hope and tenderness
to grow
water all your seeds with love
look to heaven above
believe in the power of the Sun
to bring life to the dark
there have been far too many ages of this
sorrow meanness struggle and strife
surely it is time for
hearts of darkness to awaken
from their dream of separation and fear
the ego’s illusion
to find the hope for love
hidden in the seeds that fall
onto new soil
that long to grow
a rainbow of new colour
new life
light
tender feelings
gentleness
compassion
and love

I saw that there was an ocean of darkness and death
but I saw that there was an infinite ocean
of Light and Life and Love
that flowed over the ocean of darkness
in that I saw the infinite Love of God

I’m in bed, actually I’ve been in bed since 8.00. I’ve been doing a comprehensive literary poetry submission for 2 days, and the effort has worn me out. Ironically listen to “Sleeping At Last” superb music for my bedtime slumber… ((hugs)) as night caresses my eyes.. 👀😍
