The well

Deep inside of you

There is a well

Drink from it

Listen inwardly

To the part of you that knows

From where the well is filled

And in what conditions

The well is dried out

For there is a renewing force

That is forever a part of us

That issues from the soul

Of life’s pure being

And longing for itself

Deep inside of this

Is where our heart’s true centre resides

Is the place within which

We feel ourselves become

Most fully alive

No longer starved

Always filled to the brim

With wisdom and love
