Sometimes some of us have to stare down the barrel of a very dark gun. This is trigger warning as this post contains what it feels like to be on the brink of suicide and struggling with the question of just how we ‘let go’ and ‘move on’ from our most painful experiences and felt sense of failure or limitation. We can come through and it is my belief that letting go comes less from an act of will than an essential need to surrender at end of quite a long and at times extremely agonising journey.
