The precious gift of God

I am here

Calling to you

Far away but ever so near

Do not believe all of those

Who taught you to live in fear

Of embracing the truth of you who are

And what you really feel inside

For my dear

Your heart and soul can never lie

And they long for you

When you are lost

Called to tarry

In ever despairing places

There is sometimes too

A casing

That must be shed

Before you can begin to

Re-embrace

What struggled most to live

But turned itself inside out

In an effort to belong

In all the places you never fit

So listen deeply for the note

That is yours alone to sound

And let your throat open

To shout it out

Vibrations calling from within

Your deepest Self

There is a sun rising

And it lives inside your chest

For you are divine

You are light
