Some how

Even amidst great obstacles

Our hearts and bodies and souls

Keep reaching for each other

We hear the whispered language

Of each other’s soul

Even in the silence

Resounding across great distance

As our own heart sounds out its rhythm

Reminders abound in poetry

Which speaks of a wanting

That is willing to brave oceans

To surrender itself

To the flow of each other

Awakened by the realisation

Of the way

Echoes

Called to us over time

Drawing us back

To union

And so my love

Even when it hurts

And appears to cost us both

More than the earth

That is why

Our hearts and minds

And bodies and souls will not ever rest

Will never stop reaching

Until the day we finally are freed

To realise in 3D

Our heart soul connection
