Far and fast as I run

You will follow me

The truth of what I have hidden from

The pain I never permitted myself to know

As my casing shatters

But that I STOP running

That this tangle

Mixed up jumble

Of feelings

Is dangerous

Because until you face them

A hollow ghost

Running away in ragged flight

From your soul’s deeper reality
