true forgiveness today you are just flooding me like waves as I see the many ways I set up my angry defences it was not easy to be the younger one but now I see there were gifts too and we all suffered loss each in our own ways struggling to accept the cost but I have compassion too for I know without a doubt that pain can go either way it can make us hard and defensive and full of rage and until that fire burns out we wont ever achieve the stage of true wisdom compassion understanding or forgiveness and it is only when we reach that stage that we will know the soul liberation of being set free to love again
